What they're looking for
- 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience as an HR/PBP supporting business leaders
- Strong judgment and ability to independently manage day-to-day people and organizational challenges
- Skilled coach and business partner who can build credibility, influence leaders, and navigate challenging conversations
- Strong ownership and execution, with the ability to turn ambiguous needs into practical solutions and drive work through completion
- Ability to use data and business context to identify trends, develop recommendations, and inform decisions
