What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5+ years of industrial engineering experience with developing expertise in capacity planning, work center optimization, and operations management, demonstrated ability to independently own defined projects
- Proficient in Lean, Six Sigma, and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., A3, 8D, root cause analysis)
- Skilled in data analysis using Excel and SQL, developing proficiency in visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI), 2D/3D design tools, and simulation software like FlexSim
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with ability to work effectively across technical and operations teams
