What they're looking for
- Degree in engineering, science, mathematics, or related fields, mechanical, aerospace or electrical engineering degree preferred
- 5+ years in program or project management role(s)
- Experience managing multiple customers across matrix organizations and building sustainable processes
- Experience in the manufacturing of complex parts and assemblies
- Proven ability to solve challenging technical problems and develop robust, scalable solutions
