About the role
The PMO Specialist is the operational backbone of RELEX’s Global Project Management Office. This role owns the setup, maintenance, and lifecycle administration of customer project infrastructure across our core delivery toolchain — primarily Jira, OpenAir, and Smartsheet — enabling project managers, consultants, and delivery leaders to operate efficiently from project kick-off through to continuous service handover.
What they're looking for
- Set up, configure, and maintain Jira continuous service and implementation projects — including customer organizations, user access, SLA configuration, and automation rules
- Create and manage projects in OpenAir, including resource assignments, project hierarchies, and hour transfers between projects
- Maintain Smartsheet project records in sync with Jira and OpenAir throughout the project lifecycle
- Execute customer re-namings and transitions across all systems (Jira, OpenAir, Customer DB, BI reporting) in coordination with Accounts Receivable and the BI team
- Support project creation at kick-off and closure at go-live, including pre-closure handover requests to the support team
- Maintain and update project templates (standard implementation and partner-primed) as processes evolve
