- PMI or Prince 2 (nice to have)
- Industry experience in the application of project management techniques
- 7 years+ experience of managing large, multi-disciplined global delivery teams
- 7 years+ experience of successfully program managing complex IC design projects for Automotive products
- Should include evidence of program managing multiple projects in parallel

- Defining clear project KPI, monitoring and triggering associated actions
- Establish, drive and maintain the overall program plan including regular program reporting to both internal
- and external teams
- Define all milestones and track on a regular basis. Highlight issues and derive options for resolution. Ensure
- risk analysis is completed and maintained including options and trigger dates
- Organize and hold regular program status meetings. Derive regular reports including management and
- customer updates.
- Establish and maintain efficient program reporting across involved departments
- Lead and manage cross functional teams across multiple locations to deliver the program.
