- M.Sc in Electrical/Electronic engineering or equivalent with additional expertise in software development
- Deep knowledge of industrial functional safety standards, including IEC/EN 61508, IEC 61800-5-2, IEC 62061, ISO 10218-1, and related standards
- Strong expertise in functional safety application design for industrial automation and robotics
- Proven track record of transforming technical and market requirements into technology strategies and implementation success
- Openness to explore new technologies and markets to derive implementation recommendations from that
- Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders
