About the role
You'll be the person who keeps our product decisions connected to real users. You'll run the conversations, test the ideas before we build them, and make sure everything we learn stays findable instead of getting lost in old Slack threads and someone's notebook. You'll work closely with designers, PMs, and engineers throughout the whole cycle, from early problem framing to post-launch validation. This is a hands-on role with a lot of autonomy.
What they're looking for
- 3+ years in UX/product research, or a closely adjacent role with substantial hands-on research work
- Solid command of qualitative methods, plus enough quantitative literacy to design a survey and interpret product analytics
- Experience testing prototypes at different fidelities and knowing what each stage can and can't tell you
- Clear communication: you can make findings land with a skeptical stakeholder in five minutes
- Comfort working in ambiguity and scoping research to fit real timelines
- Familiarity with research ops tooling (Dovetail, Condens, Maze, UserTesting, or similar)
