Measure, report, and act on your packaging footprint with the leading packaging sustainability and compliance platform. Simplify your impact today. Backed by Pear VC.
About the role
rePurpose Global helps consumer brands meet their Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) obligations for packaging across a fast-growing set of U.S. and Canadian jurisdictions. Canada's EPR landscape spans multiple provincial programs — each with its own Producer Responsibility Organizations (PROs), material lists, reporting rules, and deadlines — alongside a national harmonization effort and federal reporting requirements still taking shape, and the pace of change is only accelerating.
What they're looking for
- A builder's instinct. Comfort creating programs, content, and structure in areas that are new or still taking shape, without waiting for a template to exist
- Comfort with ambiguity and pace. The ability to stay organized and credible in a fast-moving regulatory environment where guidance is often incomplete, and deadlines compress
- Self-direction. A track record of owning a domain end-to-end with minimal oversight in a remote, cross-functional team
