About the role
Serve as a subject matter expert to allow the sales, marketing, and customer success organizations to articulate Reputation's platform features and advantages to their customers.
What they're looking for
- Optimize and execute launches, particular expertise with high-velocity/high volumes of product updates
- Develop product collateral that sellers actually use – decks, how to guides, leave-behinds, release notes, FAQs, thought leadership, etc – that make our value and differentiation concrete
- Serve as a subject matter expert to allow the sales, marketing, and customer success organizations to articulate Reputation's platform features and advantages to their customers
- Perform on-going market research and articulate competitive differentiators to internal teams and customers
- Work with Product Management to tie product innovation to customer value, establish a continuous feedback loop (encompassing market trends, customer needs, and competitive factors) to influence the product road map toward market opportunities
