Rescript is using AI to make the law transparent, accessible, and easy to act on. Laws and regulations differ across jurisdictions and are constantly changing, making them too complex for organizations to review and track manually at scale. We're building an agentic AI platform capable of aggregating and interpreting global regulations, tracking how they change, and identifying how organizations should respond.

- You've shipped software/AI applications to real users and utilize AI effectively in your own work
- You have strong attention to detail, with the ability to work across product design, backend, and infra
- Excited to work and speak directly with (non-technical) customers, with the ability to translate complex needs into clear product and technical specifications

We’re an early team backed by Y Combinator, Floodgate, and General Catalyst, with real customer pull and an ambitious product roadmap ahead of us. As a founding engineer, you will be central to defining Rescript's engineering culture, pace of shipping, and product execution.
