About the role
Step into a high-impact role on our global Claims and Incident Management team. As a Claims Specialist, you won't just process paperwork; you will own the day-to-day investigation and management of Cyber, Technology Errors & Omissions, and Miscellaneous Professional Lines claims. We need a driven, highly motivated professional to act as a critical defender of our bottom line and to seamlessly connect the incident response experience with our overarching mission of building true cyber resilience for our clients.
What they're looking for
- 2–4 years of proven experience in claims handling, claims advocacy, or cyber insurance coverage
- Expertise in handling third-party claims, particularly in Technology Errors & Omissions and Miscellaneous Professional Lines
- Established connections within the cyber broking community, incident response, or cybersecurity sectors
