About the role
As the Founding Sourcer, you'll own the top of our GTM hiring funnels while partnering closely with our small but mighty talent team to reach exceptional sellers and customer-facing talent. You'll help build sourcing from zero: the channels, playbooks, tooling and talent maps every future hires will draw on. What they're looking for
- 4+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience focused on sales and GTM roles, ideally as an early sourcer at a high-growth B2B startup
- A track record of filling GTM roles from passive pipelines, with the numbers to show it
- Familiarity with the enterprise software sales landscape, especially infrastructure, observability, DevOps, security or developer tools
- Sharp judgment about sales talent. You know what separates a consistent over-achiever from a good interviewer, and you know the signals to look for
- Enough technical curiosity to understand our product and buyer, so you can tell whether a seller can earn credibility with engineering leaders
- Fluency with modern sourcing tools and an instinct to automate the repetitive parts
