- 5+ years of experience managing and scaling modern marketing websites
- Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and strong proficiency in Next.js
- Hands-on experience with analytics instrumentation (e.g., Segment, GA)
- Prior experience with modern CMS platforms (e.g., Strapi, Webflow)
- Experience optimizing performance and SEO at scale
- Deep understanding of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and user behavior tracking
