As Chief of Staff, you will be embedded with the founding team and operate across every function. One week you might be preparing a board deck, the next you are redesigning an internal workflow or scoping a new GTM motion. - Partner with founders to define and execute on company priorities
- Drive cross-functional initiatives from planning through completion
- Build and improve internal processes, reporting, and team operations
- Prepare materials for fundraising, board meetings, and key partnerships
- Identify bottlenecks and unblock the team wherever needed
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
