This role is for someone who is comfortable jumping between Python and TypeScript, cares about both system design and user experience, and wants to ship things that matter every week.

You will work on everything from the backend tracing pipeline and eval framework to the React dashboard that thousands of AI teams use daily. We are a small team, so you will own features end-to-end. - Build and ship product features across the full stack (React, Next.js, Python, PostgreSQL)
- Design and implement APIs, data pipelines, and real-time systems
- Collaborate directly with founders and customers to scope and prioritize work
- Own features from design through deployment and iteration
- Contribute to infrastructure decisions and system architecture
