This internship is for builders who already use AI tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex to move fast. You will work alongside the engineering team, shipping real product features using vibe coding workflows: prompting, iterating, and reviewing AI-generated code to build production software. We are looking for someone who is naturally curious, learns quickly, and is excited about the future of AI-assisted development.

Respan is building the self-driving observability and evals platform for AI teams, used by 60+ YC companies and hundreds of AI teams.
This internship is for builders who already use AI tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex to move fast. - Build and ship product features using AI-assisted development workflows
- Prototype new ideas quickly using LLM-powered coding tools
- Review, test, and iterate on AI-generated code to meet production standards
- Collaborate with the engineering team on full-stack projects (React, Next.js, Python)
- Contribute to internal tooling and automation that improves team velocity
