5+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS, TAM, Solutions Architecture, or similar customer-facing technical role. Demonstrated experience partnering with enterprise customers on complex software deployments, integrations, or business transformation initiatives.

- Demonstrated experience designing and building AI-powered applications, agents, automations, or workflows, with the ability to translate ambiguous business problems into working solutions
- Hands-on experience using AI development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar platforms to build applications and solutions
- Strong working knowledge of APIs, integrations, LLMs, agentic workflows, RAG, MCP, data flows, and modern application architecture, with enough technical depth to independently build and troubleshoot solutions
