About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Talent Sourcer to build and manage high-quality candidate pipelines across our technical and business roles. This is a hands-on role for someone who is an expert in talent sourcing automation and knows how to use tools such as Juicebox, Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms to identify and engage exceptional candidates at scale.

- 5 years of talent sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably within a fast-paced startup or technology environment
- Deep experience sourcing for technical or go-to-market roles
- Strong knowledge of talent automation and AI-powered sourcing workflows
- Hands-on experience with Juicebox, Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and related sourcing tools
- Exceptional attention to detail and a highly organized approach to pipeline management
- Ability to clearly document job requirements, sourcing criteria, and search progress
