Nearly every company in the world runs on custom software for critical operations like tracking performance metrics, handling support workflows, building admin dashboards, and countless processes you might never have thought of. - Design and build internal tools using Retool to power IT, Security, and operational workflows across the company
- Automate core business processes , including onboarding, offboarding, access reviews, procurement, and internal service workflows
- Eliminate manual work and reduce operational overhead by replacing repetitive processes with scalable systems
- Identify opportunities to consolidate or replace third-party SaaS tools with internal solutions, reducing cost and complexity
- Own identity lifecycle systems , including provisioning, RBAC, and integrations across tools like Okta, Rippling, and other critical systems
- Improve security and compliance posture through automated access controls, auditing, and system design
