About the role
Your goal is to grow adoption of Retool and its AI capabilities across every organization that uses it.
What they're looking for
- 4+ years of product management experience shipping technically complex products, with outcomes you can point to
- The technical depth to hold your own with senior engineers on systems like metering pipelines, billing infrastructure, and AI workloads
- Comfort with numbers. You can build a model, analyze product data yourself, and reason about unit economics
- Strong product judgment. You form opinions, make decisions, explain the reasoning clearly, and change course as you learn
- A track record of turning ambiguous, cross-functional problems into clear direction and shipped outcomes
- Strong ownership and a willingness to stay close to implementation, not just the roadmap
