About the role
Your goal is to make Retool the easiest platform for enterprises to deploy, operate, and scale AI-powered software and agents securely and reliably.
What they're looking for
- 4+ years of product management experience building infrastructure, developer-platform, or technically complex enterprise software
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and deployment products. You can reason about areas such as compute, networking, orchestration, multi-tenancy, observability, reliability, and self-hosted environments
- The technical depth to participate credibly in architecture discussions and evaluate tradeoffs with senior engineers
- A track record of turning ambiguous, cross-cutting problems into clear product direction and shipped outcomes
- Strong product judgment. You form opinions, make decisions, and course-correct as you learn
- Experience working directly with technical enterprise customers and translating their constraints into product priorities
