About the role
As a Lead Product Designer , operating at the Senior-to-Staff level, you will: Own complex product experiences from customer discovery and problem definition through concept development, prototyping, delivery, measurement, and iteration
What they're looking for
- Significant experience as a UX or Product Designer, with demonstrated success operating at the Senior, Staff, or Lead level
- A compelling portfolio demonstrating recent, hands-on, end-to-end ownership of complex product experiences and meaningful customer or business impact
- Strong interaction, UX, and visual-design capabilities across responsive web and mobile experiences
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping methods
- Experience conducting customer research and usability testing and translating qualitative and quantitative insights into product improvements
- Demonstrated, sustained use of AI throughout the design process, with specific examples of how it improved speed, quality, experimentation, or outcomes
