About the role
Program Management Office (PMO) manager helps strengthen and scale program management capabilities across RevMed’s development portfolio. This role will partner closely with Program Managers and cross-functional molecule teams to understand business needs and develop practical processes, tools, and ways of working that enable effective planning, collaboration, and execution. The ideal candidate combines strong program management fundamentals with a passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement.
What they're looking for
- B.A. or BSc. with 8 years in Life Sciences or, an MSc with 6 years, experience in a scientific or similarly related field
- Strong understanding of program management principles, including integrated planning, cross-functional execution, milestone and critical path management, risk and issue management, dependencies, and decision-tracking
- Working knowledge of the drug development lifecycle and the roles of key functions within a cross-functional development team
- Demonstrated ability to identify business needs and develop scalable processes, tools, templates, and ways of working that improve team effectiveness and portfolio visibility
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships, gather diverse perspectives, and facilitate alignment, and naviage competing priorities across functions
- Ability to bring structure to ambiguous or complex problems, identify root causes, and translate needs into practical solutions
