What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of progressive experience in people operations, human resources or related functions
- Proven leadership of global People Operations, HR service delivery or employee-services functions through rapid growth and material organizational change
- Experience operating at, or building toward, approximately 3,000–5,000+ employees across multiple countries and regions
- Deep knowledge of effective service delivery, case management, process ownership, knowledge management, employee self-service, service metrics and operational controls
- Track record of building and leading teams, developing functional leaders, and driving outcomes through cross-functional partnership, influence, and shared accountability in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
- Practical experience redesigning HR service delivery through process simplification, self-service, automation and AI-enabled support, with appropriate attention to privacy, security, data stewardship, human review and accountability
