- Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, MBA, or equivalent) in Health Economics, Public Policy, Life Sciences, or related field
- 12+ years of experience in global pricing, market access, health economics, or government policy within the biopharmaceutical industry
- Deep understanding of global pricing and reimbursement systems (e.g., US, EU4+UK, Japan, emerging markets)
- Proven track record of influencing senior leadership and driving strategic decisions
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
