About the role
You’ll be Rhythms’ first GTM hire. The job is to build a self-improving GTM AI engine that multiplies growth and gets better with every cycle—and eventually build it directly into Rhythms itself. This is a hands-on, builder-first role. You’ll deploy AI agents that directly drive revenue—finding the right buyers, converting them, improving without someone running them. You are the operator and the engineer. You identify the workflow, architect the agent, ship it to production, and own what happens after.
What they're looking for
- You understand GTM deeply—which workflows are worth automating, what good output looks like, and what moves pipeline. Content, campaigns, demand gen, sales enablement
- You’re fluent across the modern AI stack—LLMs, agents, orchestration, evals—and have strong opinions on when to use what
- You’ve shipped things that ran on their own and improved over time—whether that’s agents, automations, or systems. You know the difference between a demo and something production-ready
- You experiment fast and cheap—you’d rather run ten quick tests than perfect one system before launching it
- You operate like a founder—you see what needs to move, make the call, and own the outcome. No brief, no manager, no approval chain
- You measure yourself on pipeline and revenue—not content volume or tasks completed
