About the role
As Business Operations , you'll help shape the frameworks, systems, and processes that keep Rilla moving at the speed we're known for. You'll work directly with leadership and embed yourself across eng, product, sales, and go-to-market — partnering with some of the sharpest people you've ever worked with to solve problems that don't have clean answers.
