About the role
We're hiring an intern to embed directly into Rilla's team and own real projects across the business. You'll work across sales, operations, finance, recruiting, and whatever else the company needs — moving fast, figuring things out, and delivering. You'll work directly with founders and leadership on problems that matter, and leave the summer with real output you can point to. Take on high-priority projects across sales, operations, finance, recruiting, and anything else the business needs
