About the role
You'll join a growth team that runs like a product and engineering team. Ideas become live experiments in days, not quarters. You'll own how Rilla's story shows up in the world: showing how Rilla sparks joy and delight for our customers, scaling our social channels, creating the deliverables that fuel our growth, and leveling up our narrative.
