About the role
Own outreach to a defined list of regional and mid-sized CPA firms, building relationships with practice leads, advisory partners, and other key stakeholders Run a repeatable, high-volume outreach cadence — calls, emails, intro meetings — to move firms from first conversation to active, referral-sending partners
What they're looking for
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and relationship-building, not afraid of the phone
- Organized and detail-oriented you'll be responsible for accurate tracking across a large, active book of firms
- Coachable and eager to run a structured playbook well, with the initiative to suggest improvements as you learn what works
- Interest in accounting, finance, or B2B SaaS is a plus, but not required — like the rest of Rillet, you don't need to be an accountant
- Willingness to travel occasionally for flagship industry events (e.g., AICPA Engage, DCPA, etc.)
- Fluent in navigating AI tools and incorporating them into day-to-day workflows to research, problem-solve, and operate more efficiently
