About the role
At Ripple Treasury, we empower finance and treasury teams around the world to work smarter, faster, and with greater confidence. Our cloud-based treasury and risk management platform helps organizations gain real-time access to their cash, liquidity, and risk positions, enabling better decisions and stronger financial outcomes. We believe in delivering not just software, but transformative solutions that make a measurable difference for our clients.
What they're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management, with at least 2 years managing enterprise-level SaaS, enterprise software, or professional services implementations
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-solution programs simultaneously, often with remote resources, global teams, and partner-led delivery components
- Strong collaborator management skills, with the ability to navigate and influence at all organizational levels, from project teams to C-suite sponsors
- Experience working across internal delivery teams and third-party partners, including Systems Integrators (SIs) or global consulting firms
- Solid understanding of treasury, cash management, or financial risk management processes, experience with Ripple Treasury (GTreasury), Kyriba, ION, or similar platforms is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to identify, bring up, and drive resolution of program risks and issues in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
