About the role
We are looking for a Legal and Compliance Ops Associate to join our small, but mighty Legal and Compliance team to accelerate the development of our legal and compliance programs. This is a generalist role, with an emphasis on maintaining and supporting our global portfolio of legal entities.

- 3+ years of paralegal experience or experience in a legal and/or compliance function. (Prior experience with corporate or subsidiary management matters is a plus)

We are looking for a Legal and Compliance Ops Associate to join our small, but mighty Legal and Compliance team to accelerate the development of our legal and compliance programs. You will create and maintain legal entities around the world, coordinate the approval and filing of annual reports and financial statements, support the administration of board meetings and corporate records, and help with other compliance matters.
