About the role
As Packaging Program Manager at Ro, you’ll own the execution of packaging initiatives, coordinating across functions to move decisions efficiently from concept through implementation.

- Lead day-to-day execution of packaging initiatives from concept through implementation
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Pharmacy Operations, Product Development, Corporate Quality, Brand, Product Marketing, Sourcing, Supply Planning, and external partners
- Identify packaging improvement opportunities and develop data-driven business cases and tradeoff recommendations for leadership review
- Manage packaging testing, validation, artwork change control, and implementation activities to ensure successful execution
- Establish and maintain packaging documentation, specifications, and other governance processes that improve consistency and scalability
- Identify and evaluate packaging improvement opportunities, developing business cases and recommendations based on operational, financial, and patient impact
