About the role
RobCo is building the category of Autonomous Industrial Robotics and we're doing it fast. We believe that automating the ordinary frees humans to do the extraordinary, and we're building the end-to-end robotics infrastructure to make that possible - hardware, software, and AI in one stack that just works. To achieve this, we are looking for an ambitious (Senior) Talent Acquisition Partner based in Austin, TX, to help us establish RobCo as leading provider of automation solutions.
What they're looking for
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a comparable qualification
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in-house at a fast-growing tech or engineering company, including ownership of leadership or hard-to-fill technical searches
- A proven track record of filling complex roles through proactive sourcing, not inbound applications, with the market knowledge to map and open new talent pools
- Deep credibility with senior stakeholders: comfortable challenging profiles, pushing back on unrealistic briefs, and holding hiring managers to a structured process
- Strong command of structured assessment, from designing scorecards and interview loops to calibrating and coaching interviewers
- Fluency with recruiting data and ATS workflows, using funnel metrics to diagnose problems and propose solutions
