What they're looking for
- 4-6 years of experience in community affairs, financial education/literacy programs, nonprofit partnerships, corporate social impact, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience managing or supporting external partnerships with nonprofits, foundations, or community organizations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with close attention to detail and timely responses
- Strong program and project-management skills, able to run multiple workstreams in coordination with staff, consultants, vendors, and cross-functional partners in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort with ambiguity and a self-starter mentality, able to build and refine programs and processes from the ground up
- Experience internally tracking and externally reporting on program metrics/impact
