- 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio that demonstrates both visual craft and end-to-end product thinking
- Proven experience designing and launching new or early-stage products — you're comfortable with zero-to-one and know how to drive work forward without a fully defined path
- The ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments, synthesize feedback from multiple stakeholders, and make confident design decisions
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — you work well with product, engineering, and operations partners and know how to align diverse perspectives toward a shared outcome
- Proficiency in Figma and openness to integrating AI tools into your design workflow
- A genuine love for sports — whether you track stats, follow teams, or just live for the energy of game day. No formal sports design experience required, an appreciation for the fan experience is what matters
