- Source new investment opportunities: proactively identify and source investment opportunities in growth-stage private companies through your network of VC firms, founders, and secondary markets
- Evaluate investments: lead the end-to-end diligence process, performing financial and operational analysis to support investment decisions
- Win the deal: participate in closing complex transactions, positioning Robinhood Ventures as a partner of choice for top-tier private companies
- Build AI-driven operations: test and implement AI-powered systems and tools to streamline Robinhood Ventures operations, from deal sourcing to diligence and portfolio monitoring
- Collaborate closely with legal, compliance, finance, and product teams to support fund operations and scalability
- Investment experience: venture capital, growth equity, or private equity investing in growth-stage, pre-IPO technology companies
