- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, with 8+ years in a direct executive support role
- Demonstrated ability to lead org-level process improvements — identifying what's broken and redesigning it, not just executing existing systems
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from start to finish with minimal direction
- Experience handling confidential organizational information with discretion and integrity
- Excellent judgment and exceptional attention to detail – you know when to act, when to escalate, and when to push back, and small details don’t slip through the cracks
- A strong team-oriented mindset, always willing to assist colleagues and contribute to shared success
