What they're looking for
- 7+ years of litigation experience (law firm experience is required)
- Technology company experience preferred
- Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic organization preferred
- Membership in good standing with the California Bar (or other bar association with the ability to register as in-house counsel in California)
- Experience managing high-volume dockets and coordinated or parallel litigation across multiple jurisdictions
- Broad complex litigation experience, with emphasis in regulatory, and experience in consumer, products liability, trade secrets, and employment
