What they're looking for
- A track record of solving hard problems
- Proven experience building, shipping, or supporting generative media products — video, image, or world models — or real-time rendering and graphics technology at scale
- A deep understanding of the product life cycle and a history of collaborating with engineering teams and other stakeholders to deliver complex technical products on time
- Experience shipping to large consumer or creator communities, ideally in gaming, UGC platforms, or creative tools
- A Masters degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Graphics, 3D Animation, or Games Production, or a similar technical field
- Passion for driving user-centric product decisions with an inclusive and strategic mindset, comfort in a fast-moving and ambiguous environment, and a high degree of independent drive
