- Active license to practice law in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- No disciplinary history
- Strong practical problem-solving skills and a passion for accessible, client-centered service
- Strong verbal communication skills for effective customer consultations via phone and/or video conference
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Maintain lawyers’ professional liability insurance in accordance with the Terms of Service
