About the role

End-to-End Ownership: Take projects from ambiguous idea to finished result with minimal oversight. Operational Execution: Keep the details straight: follow-ups, record-keeping, and coordination so nothing falls through the cracks.

What they're looking for

  • Experience: 2+ years of professional experience, with prior startup experience required. Backgrounds in operations, RevOps, BizOps, customer success, or similar roles are a strong fit
  • Fast Learner: Picks up unfamiliar domains, tools, and processes quickly. Healthcare exposure is a plus but not required
  • Detail Oriented: Catches the small things others miss, keeps clean records, and takes pride in precision
  • Strong Communicator: Clear, warm, and professional with teammates, candidates, customers, and leadership
  • Data Comfortable: Able to work in dashboards, CRMs, and spreadsheets, and use data to spot opportunities
  • Startup Generalist: Comfortable with ambiguity, motivated by mission, and energized by ownership in a fast-paced environment. Eager to jump into any part of the business and execute well

Job Overview

We are looking for Business Operations team members to join our early team. This is a role for a sharp, scrappy operator who wants to learn the business by working in it. Depending on company needs, you will be placed in one area of the business, such as customer operations, revenue operations, people operations, or hiring, and own it end to end.

You will work directly with founders and team leads, and there may be opportunities to take on work in other areas over time as the company grows. This is not a narrow role with a rigid playbook. You will figure things out, build systems, and take real ownership of your area.

You need to be genuinely curious, comfortable with ambiguity, and energized by the idea that no problem is "not your job."
