What they're looking for
- 3+ years of experience at a strategic alliance partner (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, Accenture, and similar) in transaction services, deals advisory, valuations, M&A, or a financial advisory practice serving financial institutions or corporate deal teams
- Executive engagement skills and presence, with an ability to establish strong relationships with key decision-makers and build credibility at all levels
- Outstanding presentation skills, whether impromptu on a whiteboard or using presentations and demos
- Curiosity about AI's potential to transform financial services
- Client-facing experience, including directly managing client engagements and relationships in a deal or advisory context
- You thrive in fast-paced environments. You are high-intensity and care a lot about what you do, and you're ecstatic to work at a startup
