About the role
We’re looking for a Senior RFIC Engineer to lead the design of advanced beamformer integrated circuits at the heart of our phased array solutions. You’ll take ownership of significant blocks of our silicon, drive architecture and design decisions, and help set the technical standards the rest of the team builds on.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 6+ years of relevant experience in RFIC or RF/mm-wave circuit design, including ownership of designs through tape-out and bring-up
- Strong proficiency with industry-standard design and simulation tools (e.g., Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, ADS, and EM simulators such as EMX, HFSS, or Momentum)
- Deep grounding in RF fundamentals: matching, noise, linearity, and S-parameters
- MSc or PhD with a focus on RFIC design
- Experience designing beamformers or phased array front-end ICs

You’ll own RFIC design from architecture through tape-out and bring-up, working shoulder-to-shoulder with antenna, digital, and DSP teams—and you’ll help define how RFIC fits into the broader product and silicon roadmap. The decisions you make will ripple through every product we build.
