About the role
You'll have an initial call with our Talent Acquisition Manager to chat through some of your experience to date, salary expectations and you can check off any initial questions you might have. You'll get to meet with the hiring manager to learn more about the role & ROLLER whilst also talking through your experience in more detail.
What they're looking for
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads through effective discovery calls
- Understand prospect needs and pain points, articulating our product's value proposition
- You are based in Austin, and excel in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office collaboration and remote productivity
- 2+ years of BDR experience in the B2B SaaS industry, ideally working in the Enterprise segment with a complex product
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are second nature to you—you know how to build strong relationships and communicate clearly with both clients and team members
