About the role
Work with the VP of Corporate Development and other key internal stakeholders to evaluate, negotiate, and execute acquisitions and strategic partnerships Develop investment theses and strategic rationale for potential acquisitions
What they're looking for
- 10+ years of corporate development and/or M&A experience, whether in-house or in investment banking / advisory
- Proven ability to develop and articulate the strategic value of potential transactions
- Strong financial modeling skills, including forecasting, synergy estimation and sensitivity analysis of targets
- Ability to identify, articulate, and pressure-test key financial and strategic assumptions underlying potential acquisitions
- Project and stakeholder management skills across the full deal lifecycle, including identification, financial evaluation, due diligence, negotiation, integration, and retrospective analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
