About the role
As a Provider Success Associate, you’ll serve as a trusted partner to providers, building meaningful relationships and helping them get the most out of their partnership with Rula. You’ll manage your own portfolio, using consultative problem-solving, relationship management, and data to understand provider goals, remove barriers, and identify opportunities to grow their practice.
What they're looking for
- Equivalent of 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales or similar fields
- Experience working in an external customer facing role where effective and succinct communication (written and verbal) is crucial
- Experience working in cross-functional professional environment with both internal and external stakeholders
- Experience maintaining an individual book of business independently, requiring strong organization skills for success
- Experience understanding, interpreting, communicating, and impacting key metrics
- CRM Experience (preferably Salesforce)
