About the role
Rula is seeking a Sr. Clinic Launch Associate to help open and operate physical clinics where therapists can meet patients in person. As part of our In-Person Therapy team, you will spend most of your time in the field preparing new spaces, supporting therapists, coordinating vendors, and resolving day-to-day operational issues. You will work with a collaborative team that values practical problem-solving, clear communication, and learning from each new launch.
What they're looking for
- 3+ years of professional experience in multi-site operations, clinic operations, facilities, hospitality, retail, events, or another role supporting physical locations
- Proficient in Google Sheets and basic data visualization skills
- Ability and willingness to learn new software platforms quickly (e.g. our Ops App, Hex dashboard, etc)
- Willingness and ability to travel to other U.S. markets and remain on location for several weeks or months during clinic launches, ideally West-Coast based
- While having the preferred qualifications enhances your candidacy, having all of them is not mandatory. We encourage all interested applicants to apply, even those who may not meet every preferred requirement
- 1+ years of experience managing physical spaces (e.g., offices, clinics, events, hotels, coworking)
