About the role
We’re hiring a Senior/Staff Product Manager to lead the core experience at Rula; focused on making it easier for people to find, start, and stay engaged with high-quality mental health care. Day-to-day, you’ll dig into data to understand consumer pain points, and collaborate with user researchers, analysts, and data scientists to uncover what drives stronger engagement and better outcomes.
What they're looking for
- 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in consumer-facing or marketplace products
- Proven track record of owning complex, high-impact product areas and building at scale to drive meaningful business outcomes
- Excellent communication skills and cross-functional influence: able to clearly articulate strategy, tradeoffs, and outcomes to different audiences and senior leadership
- Strong quantitative fluency: experienced in running A/B tests at scale, partnering with data scientists on experiment design, and using causal analysis to evaluate results

- Experience working in a two-sided marketplace, with a strong understanding of how to balance and optimize for supply and demand dynamics
