About the role
* Open to candidates based near our NYC office or those willing to relocate. We're looking for a Workplace Lead to own Runway's offices: where they are, how they get built and how they feel to work in.
What they're looking for
- 7+ years in corporate real estate, facilities or workplace operations
- Deep project management experience across construction schedules, permitting and short-notice logistics
- Hands-on lease and vendor contract experience, and a budget you personally signed off on
- Cross-functional experience with teams such as Finance, People, IT and Security
- At least one office you took from first site visit through opening day
- International real estate, employment or compliance experience is a plus

We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery.
